Camille McAloney

Camille is a first year at Augsburg College, working at Modiano Lab through a collaborative research program known as URGO (Undergraduate Research Grant Opportunity). She is a Pre-Veterinary Medicine major with a minor in Medieval Studies. Her summer research will be comparing the DNA that codes for telomerase in four distinct dog breeds, two large and two small. The intent is to determine if there is a substantial enough difference for it to effect telomere length and/or stability.
